两段式冷煤气站是由两段式煤气发生炉、电捕焦油器、间接冷却器、电捕轻油器、风冷器及煤气加压机组成。此工艺为目前最为环保的全间冷工艺。下段煤气利用风冷器与空气热交换进行冷却后，与上段煤气混合后利用间冷器与水进行间接热交换。实行全间接冷却，污水集中统一处理，真正实现污水零排放。规格有Φ2.0、Φ2.6、Φ3.0、Φ3.2。
